Procedure for sending and receiving money

To send money

1. Give to the employee of our company, your proof of identity, the amount & shipping costs and state the name of the recipient and the country of destination.
2. Your transaction is promoted through the Western Union electronic trading system.
3. The clerk gives you the receipt of your transaction with the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN).
4. Inform the recipient of the necessary information required to receive the money.

To receive money

1. Give the employee of our company, the details of the country of shipment, the name of the sender, the amount you are waiting for and the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN).
2. Give the employee your proof of identity.
3. Your transaction is promoted through the Western Union electronic trading system.
4. Our partner delivers the amount payable and the payment receipt.
